Thinking of my Valentine today, another sad day where you have remained in my thoughts. Sad also that I have attended your friend Glens funeral who also lost his fight to the dreaded disease. They say it gets easier with time, but I don't find it any better even though a year has past. Christmas was so empty without you around, and the New Years Eve celebrations were non existant for obvious reasons. Your loyal son Matt has helped me with his reassuring words when I have been down, he has told me not to cry, that you will be looking down on me and smiling.
